SHIPPING

Processing Time:

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping depends on the nature of your order.

Our cookies are almost always in stock and we endeavour to ship out orders within 24 hours.

Personalised treats require a minimum of 3 working days to prepare.

Estimated Shipping Times:

As we are in unprecedented times and Australia Post is working their hardest to get packages delivered as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that you order will arrive by a set date.

If you need your items by a specific date, it’s best to place your order as soon as you can, to allow for processing and shipping time.

As a basic guide, Parcel Post usually takes 7-10 business days, and Express Post 1-4 days.

Tracking:

An Australia Post tracking number is provided with all shipping options. This will be emailed to you once the package has been sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active on Australia Post’s website.

Damaged or Lost Items:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for goods that are damaged during transit. We pack our orders with the utmost care to make sure they are protected well while travelling to you.

Lost items should be resolved with Australia Post. If they cannot locate your package, please contact us and we’ll do our best to send replacements at a discounted rate.
